Kendra M. O'Toole is the co-founder of Legacy Legal Planning, LLC. She practices in all areas of estate planning, elder law, and trust and estate administration. Further, during law school, I interned with the Kentucky Innocence Project, worked with the Louisville Metro. Public Defender's Appellate Division through the Greenbaum Public Service Program Fellowship, and completed an externship for the Honorable Regina S. Edwards of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.. Prior to law school, I graduated magna cum laude from Bellarmine University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Music Technology and Piano Pedagogy, as well as a minor in Spanish. I am an avid traveler, having studied abroad in Quito, Ecuador, visiting Machu Picchu during my time in South America, teaching English in Madrid, Spain, and exploring from Europe to Morocco.. I am admitted to practice law in Kentucky, and am seeking admission to Ohio.

Wesley T. Long is a co-founder of Long & Long, LLC. Wesley’s practice concentrates in personal injury and accident litigation, as well as estate planning, including wills and trusts, probate and estate administration and real estate. Wesley is one of Westmoreland County’s foremost and respected lawyers. He has extensive trial and courtroom experience, including numerous jury and non-jury trials and appellate work before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts. The readers of the Tribune-Review have awarded him the Gold Medal multiple years as the best lawyer in Westmoreland County. In 1995-1996 Wesley served as President of the Westmoreland County Bar Association, of which he has been a member since 1980. Additionally, Wesley is a member and past president of the Westmoreland County Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. A native of Westmoreland County, Wesley attended Duquesne Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude and was an associate editor of the Duquesne Law Review. In his third year, Wesley received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Family Law. After law school, he joined the Greensburg firm of Fisher, Long & Rigone with his father, B. Earnest Long, before co-founding Long & Long, LLC.

Adam J. Long is the managing partner of Long & Long, LLC and is the son and grandson of Long & Long, LLC co-founders, Wesley T. Long and B. Earnest Long respectively. Adam is proud to be the third generation of Long lawyers in Westmoreland County and continuously strives to uphold the highest standards of legal services, professionalism and integrity established by his father and grandfather. Adam’s practice focuses in litigation, including personal injury and automobile accidents, estate planning, including probate and estate administration, real estate and business advising. Additionally, Adam believes that the most important aspect of a lawyer’s role is as a counselor, and he works every day to be attentive and responsive to the needs of his clients. Adam attended William and Mary School of Law, graduating in 2007. After his first and second summers of law school, Adam clerked for the Honorable Joseph Hudock of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He is a 2004 graduate of the College of William and Mary. Additionally, he has his MBA in real estate from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class.
