Detric L. Kemp was born and raised in Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana. While attending Dillard University, Mr. Kemp was a member of the Alpha Kappa Mu National Honor Society and the Political Science Club. In addition, Mr. Kemp served as English, Science, and Math tutor and assisted on of Dillard University’s political science professors with the cable television program called Dr. Clark Reports.
