Currently my practice consists mainly of family law, employment law and general civil litigation.  Having worked in Human Resources Management for seven years prior to becoming a lawyer, I understand the complex legal issues in representing workers in wage dispute claims and victims of discrimination, sexual harassment or wrongful termination. Previously I was employed with the US Department of Labor Employee Benefit Security Administration providing information, guidance, and enforcement on rights, benefits and obligations under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

Ms. Consolo was born and raised in Norristown, Pennsylvania nearby such local landmarks as Elmwood Park, Roosevelt School and Eisenhower School. Ms. Consolo graduated from Norristown Area High School in 1987. Following graduation, she attended her first year of College at Lebanon Valley College. Ms. Consolo completed her college education at Temple University, Ambler Campus. Ms. Consolo received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science, with a minor in German from Temple University in 1990.. Following College, Ms. Consolo began working with Central Montgomery Mental Health/Mental Retardation in the FLECS program as a play therapist. She ran this group therapy with children whose ages ranged from 5 to 13 years. Ms. Consolo’s involvement in this program gave her a basis for her insight into family dynamics and child issues. This relates to her current field of Family Law and has assisted her in understanding those issues, allowing her to better deal with the issues in her ongoing Family Law cases.. Ms. Consolo attended Villanova Law School, graduating with her Juris Doctorate in 1994. She was admitted as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in December of 1994. During law school, Ms. Consolo began working for the law firm of Solomon, Berschler, Warren & Schatz (now known as Solomon, Berschler, Warren, Schatz, Flood & Monaghan). She stayed with that firm upon her completion of law school until April of 2005.. While with the law firm, Ms. Consolo developed her area of practice in Family Law. Ms. Consolo operated as a sole practitioner in the Norristown Area, from April of 2005 until April of 2008, at which time, she joined with Keith A. Harbison, Esquire forming their new firm, Consolo & Harbison. Although she practiced in the surrounding counties of Bucks, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia; Ms. Consolo has now limited her practice to the Montgomery County area.

Amber Billick focuses her practice on family law, which includes Separation Agreements, Divorce from Bed & Board, Uncontested (Simple) Divorce, Child Custody and Visitation, Child Support, Property Division, and Spousal Support. Amber also handles wills and living wills, as well as adoption and name changes. Although Amber has experience with a multitude of practice areas, her primary focus has always been on family law at Billick Family Law.. Amber is member of the 2000 graduating class of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Amber attended the Wake Forest University School of Law and graduated in 2005. She competed for, and was named a member of Trial Bar during her second year of law school. Additionally, she honed her leadership skills by her involvement as an officer of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Center and as the Student Representative for the North Carolina Association of Women Attorney's.. Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Amber Billick has witnessed the urban growth of this area over her lifetime. Although she appreciates the advantages that “big city” life can bring, she enjoys the close-knit community that has managed to survive here in Concord. Amber is married to her wonderful husband Chad and has three children: Zoe, Haven and Ryder. Additionally, her parents are still in the area as well as her four sisters, one brother and thirteen nieces and nephews. Family gatherings are quite an event as you can imagine!

Attorney Faith Miller has three decades of experience in the litigation, negotiation, and mediation of matrimonial and family law matters.  In 2013 she co-founded the law firm Miller Zeiderman LLP where she serves as Senior Matrimonial Partner at its office in White Plains, NY.. Faith Miller provides legal counsel on issues ranging from divorce and spousal maintenance disputes to child custody and abuse and neglect cases.  Throughout her extensive career, she has represented numerous matrimonial litigants as well as children in proceedings before Family and Supreme Courts in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and other New York counties.. After earning her BA in Near Eastern Languages and Literature from Indiana University, Faith Miller attended Fordham University School of Law and SUNY Buffalo School of Law, attaining admission to the State Bar of New York in 1981.  Her prior experience includes working in New York’s 9th Judicial District as a Law Assistant to Administrative Judge Joseph F. Gagliardi, and has also served as an Assistant County Attorney in the Westchester County Family Court Bureau prosecuting abuse and neglect cases on behalf of the Department of Social Services.. Faith Miller belongs to the Family Law sections of the Westchester County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.  She is a founding member of the Law Guardian Panel having been appointed by Judges throughout the 9th Judicial District to represent children in divorce, custody, abuse and neglect cases.  She is also an Executive Committee member of the Justice Brandeis Law Society serving as its Treasurer.
