Attorney Faith Miller has three decades of experience in the litigation, negotiation, and mediation of matrimonial and family law matters.  In 2013 she co-founded the law firm Miller Zeiderman LLP where she serves as Senior Matrimonial Partner at its office in White Plains, NY.. Faith Miller provides legal counsel on issues ranging from divorce and spousal maintenance disputes to child custody and abuse and neglect cases.  Throughout her extensive career, she has represented numerous matrimonial litigants as well as children in proceedings before Family and Supreme Courts in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and other New York counties.. After earning her BA in Near Eastern Languages and Literature from Indiana University, Faith Miller attended Fordham University School of Law and SUNY Buffalo School of Law, attaining admission to the State Bar of New York in 1981.  Her prior experience includes working in New York’s 9th Judicial District as a Law Assistant to Administrative Judge Joseph F. Gagliardi, and has also served as an Assistant County Attorney in the Westchester County Family Court Bureau prosecuting abuse and neglect cases on behalf of the Department of Social Services.. Faith Miller belongs to the Family Law sections of the Westchester County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.  She is a founding member of the Law Guardian Panel having been appointed by Judges throughout the 9th Judicial District to represent children in divorce, custody, abuse and neglect cases.  She is also an Executive Committee member of the Justice Brandeis Law Society serving as its Treasurer.
