Ashley has mainly focused her practice on Family law, Probate, and Estate planning. In these areas, Ashley takes a highly client-centered approach which enables her to fully understand what is best and needed for each family in more than one aspect. Within the Estate Planning area, she has executed various Wills, Living Wills, Health Care Power of Attorneys, Genearl Durable Power of Attorneys, and Trusts. Within the family law area, she has handled Divorce, Seperate Support and Maintance, Child Support and Child Custody cases. Ashley has also handled the probating of mulitple estates for clients.. Originally from Pittsburgh, Ashley attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she earned her bachelor’s degree, majoring in Criminology and pre-law with a minor in Political Science. After graduating magna cum laude, and receiving her bachelor’s degree, Ashley continued her education and received her J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2020.

I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina and admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2013. I graduated magna cum laude from The University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and graduated cum laude from The University of South Carolina School of Law in 2013.. I am an avid fan of The University of South Carolina athletics. When not practicing law, I enjoy attending sporting events, traveling, being outdoors, fishing, hiking and spending time with his wife and dog.. I began clerking with the Finkel Law Firm in 2011 and now practice primarily in the firm's Civil Litigation and Family Law Departments. I also handle probate and real estate matters.
