Rodney is a Fresno native who graduted from Sanger High in 2000 and California State University, Fresno, with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2004.. Rodney graduated from McGeorge School of Law in the winter of 2008, and was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2008.  In 2009, Rodney earned a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.. I was born and bred to defend! I am a Santa Cruz native and upon completion of law school, I returned to serve my community by working for the Santa Cruz Public Defender’s Office (formally known as Biggam, Christensen, and Minsloff).
