Hyrum centers his practice on Criminal Defense.  While in law school he gained valuable experience on the prosecution side working with the Montgomery County Maryland State’s Attorney’s Office and the Criminal Section of the Attorney General’s Office for the District of Columbia. Another notable achievement/accomplishment of E.Jay Overson is that he served a two (2) year LDS mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Bacolod Philippines Mission, which comprised two islands (Negros Occidental and Panay) from June 2002 to August 2004. While serving his mission, E.Jay was given the opportunity to serve in many leadership capacities (Assistant to the President, Zone Leader, District Leader, Trainer, Senior Companion).
