Rhonda Kinard, an Alabama native, has practiced law for several years in Alabama and Virginia courts. In 1999, she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. After college, Dr. Kinard earned a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, graduating amid the top of her class. She graduated from Regent University School of Business, earning a Masters in Business Administration, cum laude. Finally, she graduated from Northcentral University, earning a Ph.D in Business with a specialization in Criminal Justice. Sigberto Myers Celaya graduated from Northern Arizona University in December of 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Celaya then attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, receiving his Juris Doctorate in December of 2010. Mr. Celaya began working for the Law Offices of Gary Ford Spector in November of 2011 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Jorge Castañeda  was born in Nogales, Sonora Mexico.  His family immigrated to the United States when he was a child.
