William Clark “Will” Anderson was born in Morton, Mississippi and raised in Gallatin, Tennessee.. Mr. Anderson graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in Psychology.. Following college, Mr. Anderson enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, while also attending Florida Coastal School of Law. In 2008, Mr. Anderson was deployed to al Anbar, Iraq where he served as a rifleman and radio operator in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his time in the USMC, Mr. Anderson maintained a security clearance, received multiple medals and awards, and worked for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA.). After graduating from law school, Mr. Anderson worked as a public defender in Tampa and as a court appointed attorney in Polk County. For several years, Mr. Anderson worked as a private criminal defense attorney throughout Florida. Mr. Anderson has handled, to varying degrees, thousands of criminal cases. Mr. Anderson’s extensive experience includes successfully defending a number of high-profile media cases; alleged sex offenses; drug offenses; violent crimes; juvenile delinquency; and all manner of violent and non-violent criminal offenses.. Mr. Anderson’s work has garnered attention from several local, national, and international news organizations. Mr. Anderson has been called upon to lecture to other attorneys and law students at both the Tampa Office of the Public Defender and Florida Coastal School of Law.. Mr. Anderson has devoted his entire professional life to defending individuals from the government. Mr. Anderson treats each client and their families with the dignity and respect that they deserve. Christopher Woodworth is a native Clevelander and graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. His practice involves Employment Litigation, HR Consulting, Criminal Defense, Business Formation, Estate Planning and Probate Administration.  During law school Christopher served clients as a student clinician where he secured unemployment benefits, defended civil rights, and negotiated settlements in EEOC complaints.. Prior to entering the practice of law Christopher served as an AmeriCorps member in inner city Columbus.

Tyler has a passion for seeking justice for clients and strives to ensure that all people receive fair process and just outcomes. Prior to joining Friedman & Nemecek as an associate attorney, he clerked at the firm while attending the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. It was in Ian Friedman’s Cybercrime class that the two met and where Tyler stood out as a bright legal mind. At Cleveland-Marshall, Tyler was an active member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Association which allowed him to compete in the 2019 International Baseball Arbitration Competition hosted by Tulane University. Prior to joining the firm, Tyler also clerked at the Cuyahoga County Public Defender’s Office.. Tyler’s practice focuses on criminal and cyber defense, Title IX defense and litigation, and complex civil litigation. As part of the firm legal team, he has been instrumental in a wide variety of matters including international cyber cases, complex financial fraud investigations and complex corporate disputes. Tyler brings an important dynamic to the firm as an analytical writer that effectively addresses the many quasi-criminal and administrative matters that our clients face.. Tyler is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He is active in the Criminal Law and Cyber sections. He is also a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
