Jordan M. Duhe was born in Salisbury, Maryland.  Ms. Duhe graduated with the highest honors from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina in 2010.  Ms. Duhe received her Juris Doctorate from Washington and Lee University, School of Law.

At an early age in the tobacco fields of eastern North Carolina I learned firsthand about injustice.  I was nine. My mother addressed the issues of the moment on behalf of the man being mistreated when I brought him home for lunch and first aid, but she explained that if I wanted to right wrongs and protect the powerless, I would need to prepare myself for battle.. I became the first in my family to attend college. Then as a proud CAROLINA graduate I joined many of those inspired by the Watergate hearings to seek a law degree and admission to the BAR. Now, 40 years later after serving as a Prosecutor, Defense Lawyer, District and Superior Court Judge, and North Carolina Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, I continue to search every day for Justice in the Courts of our State.. I endeavor to lend the whole of my skill, experience and legal knowledge to every case in which I appear, and to every client I represent.. You see I still remember the hurt and astonishment of my friend Noah H. as he was whipped with a tobacco stick under the shelter of that tobacco barn in 1960 because he did not understand the foreman's instruction, and how offended I was when, at the end of that 98 degree day, everyone was paid a full wage except Noah, He was paid fifty cents. Because  you see, Noah couldn't count, or read, he had a low I.Q.,and he had no one to speak up for him me but me . I was nine, and Noah was my first client.

I genuinely enjoy practicing law, meeting my clients, and doing my best to solve their problems. Each day brings a new face and a new challenge, and I am honored that I get to spend my days in my beloved hometown advocating for my neighbors. My focus is on traffic law and criminal defense in Bladen, Brunswick, and Columbus Counties and traffic law in Robeson County. I am committed to learning something new every day, and I can honestly say that so far in my legal practice, I have done so.

Mr. Castle studied philosophy in his twenties.  After obtaining a Ph.D. in that field from the University of Chicago, he went on to study law at Duke University School of Law.  At the beginning of his legal career, Mr. Castle served as a prosecutor in Onslow and Jones Counties, North Carolina.  Since 2007, he has been in private practice and has passionately represented and assisted hundreds of clients with all sorts of legal matters.  Mr. Castle concentrates in civil and criminal litigation.. As a native of South Korea, Mr. Castle loves spicy food.  He is an avid fan of combat sports.  He himself has dabbled in Tae Kweon Do and Judo.  He is married with two lovely daughters, two dogs and three kittens.
