Roberta focuses her practice primarily in Family Law, including Collaborative Divorce, Cooperative Divorce, mediation and litigation.. She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Foley Inns of Court, the Society of Family Lawyers, the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, and the Divorce Cooperative Institute of Wisconsin.. Prior to her career in law, Roberta was a news producer (in the studio and on location) and part-time field reporter at WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee and at WCCO-TV in Minneapolis.. She previously practiced at Halling & Cayo, S.C. for 15 years before running her own law practice for 10 years.. She is a Marquette University Law School Graduate. She double majored in Mass Communication and Political Science from UW-Milwaukee and has a Master’s Degree in Political Science from UW-Milwaukee.. Robert McMillan Arthur is an attorney with Arthur Law Office LLC, practicing in the Metro Milwaukee area and the Fox Valley. I work as an attorney and mediator at Hansen and Hildebrand in the area of family law, specifically divorce, post-judgment, child custody, child support and family-related financial issues. I also worked part-time as a Deputy Family Court Commissioner for 7 years in Racine County, Wisconsin where I heard a wide variety of matters including child support enforcement, temporary hearings, post-judgment motions and stipulated final divorces.. An attorney should be a guide for a person through the legal system. Protecting them from dangers but also pointing things out that might be beneficial.. As a practicing lawyer, I have always tried to serve in this role. The client's goals are primary; my job is to use legal machinery to reach those goals. Barry J. Book graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1986 and from Marquette University Law School in 1989. He is the Vice-President and a Shareholder at Podell & Book, S.C.
