Raymond E. Oster is a board-certified Family Law Specialist and a partner at Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P. At the firm, he represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including cases involving divorce, child custody and support, alimony, domestic violence, guardianships, and more.Mr. Oster obtained his law degree in 1996 and, after the State Bar of Nevada began offering family law certification in 2006, he became the only legal professional in the state to earn the certification during its first year. He was later invited as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) in recognition of his advanced knowledge, experience, and skill.As a board-certified Family Law Specialist by the State Board of Nevada, Mr. Oster is an expert in complex family law issues. I am a Nevada licensed attorney with over 10 years' experience in both state and federal court. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the Ohio State University and a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.. I began my career with the Washoe County Public Defender's Office, Family Court Division. My love for family law blossomed from there. After serving as a Deputy Public Defender for several years, I relocated to California where I served as a Nevada staff attorney for both small and large law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. During my time in California, my family law work included extensive research on child support, equitable distribution of assets, financial planning, and projections in divorce cases, as well as, dealing with complex child custody and child support issues. In 2010, I returned to Reno, my childhood home. I currently focus my practice on family law as that is what I love to do. I have expended my practice to include estate planning and business law, not only to enhance my practice, but to also meet the growing needs of my clients.

Andriea A. Aden, Esq. was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and relocated to Reno, Nevada in 2008 after graduating 4th in her class from the University of South Dakota School of Law.. Andriea has wanted to be a lawyer since she can remember. Having been raised in South Dakota, Andriea was raised with traditional Midwestern values, including a strong work ethic and solid set of core values, all traits she brings to her law practice.. Andriea began her legal career in Nevada in August of 2008 practicing in the area of insurance defense. While she learned many valuable legal skills, she quickly realized she was meant to be a family law attorney after helping out a family friend pro bono on his custody case. Andriea then sought out a legal career in family law with the Law Offices of Marilyn D. York, and has been  practicing exclusively family law since November 2010. Andriea left the Law Offices of Marilyn D. York in March of 2017 to start her own solo practice.. Andriea has extensive experience in all areas of family law, including high end and complex divorce and custody matters, child support, protection orders, alimony, post-decree contempt, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, grandparents rights, paternity, and many more. In 2017, Andriea became a certified family law specialist by the State Bar of Nevada.. Andriea is married to her husband, Jason, and they have two dogs, a yorkie named Jack and a yorkie-poo named Princess Leia. Travis has been a long time native of the Reno/Sparks area. After graduating from Edward C. Reed High School in 1999, Travis attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication Studies. Upon graduation Travis returned to the Reno/Sparks area to begin a career in Marketing. For the next four years he worked diligently as the Marketing Coordinator for a local pet products manufacturer. Desiring more from his professional career, in 2009 Travis made the decision to attend McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, in the fall of 2009.  After Graduating at the top of his class in May of 2012, Travis was admitted to the California Bar that same year.. After graduation, Travis clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Stockard and Honorable Robert E. Estes in The Tenth Judicial District Court located in Churchill County. During his time in the Tenth Judicial District, Travis presided as Special Master over Judgment Debtor Examinations and fulfilled the role of Bailiff in all court proceedings gaining exposure to general jurisdiction, Family Law, and criminal law matters. In July of 2013, Travis returned to Reno to clerk for the Honorable N. Patrick Flanagan where he had the unique opportunity to work closely with a renowned Judge of impressive tenure.. During his time with Judge Flanagan at the Second Judicial District Court, Travis conducted extensive research into complex legal matters, and was able to work on cases with lasting impact in Washoe County.  This experience gave him a unique understanding of the Court system and Judicial decision making process.  It is this experience that Travis provides to his clients.  Time is money; through pointed and deliberate research and strategy, Travis quickly and effectively navigates the legal complexities of his individual cases, resulting in favorable client outcomes at lower costs to the client.

Attorney Christi Dupont is a dedicated and passionate attorney specializing in family, custody, and divorce law. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology in 2017. During law school, Christi’s exceptional skills earned her a place on the Nevada Law Journal, the Board of Indigent Defense, and the Student Wellness Committee. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award from the Federal Income Tax Clinic and served as Treasurer for the OUTLaws student organization. She achieved her Juris Doctor degree with highest pro bono honors from the William S. Boyd School of Law.. Immediately after passing the bar exam, Christi began her legal career as an associate attorney at an AV-rated boutique law firm, where she provided legal services in family, guardianship, and estate planning law. Her experience included both litigation and transactional practices, with a strong emphasis on oral advocacy and litigation. She also served her community as Treasurer of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children.. Christi has focused exclusively on family law in Reno, Nevada. Ms. Henry was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2009.  After three years as an associate in a law firm, she opened her own family law practice.  In 2013, Ms. Henry was offered a contract through Douglas County, Nevada as an indigent defense attorney.  She now practices both family law and criminal defense.   As a sole practitioner, Ms. Henry is involved with the full spectrum of client representation, including drafting and prosecution of pre and post-judgment motions, conducting and managing discovery, negotiation and drafting of final agreements, trial preparation, and the examination of witnesses at trial..
