Timothy (TJ) Walczak is the owner and founder of Walczak Law Group, P.C. TJ’s unique focus and passion for his clients stems from over 16 years of public service, which leads to great client satisfaction. TJ concentrates his practice on family law and real estate law. He is honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force and has spent over 16 years serving the public both as a police officer and firefighter. Brandon was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area.  He graduated from Regent University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.  While at Washington and Lee, Brandon was an NCAA Division III student-athlete as a member of the men’s varsity swim team and was voted a team co-captain his senior year by his teammates.  Prior to attending Washington and Lee, he graduated from Nansemond-Suffolk Academy in Suffolk, Virginia.. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  Currently, Brandon's practice areas include civil litigation, criminal law, family law, and traffic/DUI cases.. After passing the Idaho State Bar exam in 1979, I practiced civil rights and health law in Idaho until I returned to Wisconsin in 1987.. While practicing in Idaho, I represented clients in all of Idaho's state trial & appellate courts; Idaho Federal District Court;  U.S. Claims Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit.

Prior to forming Sterling Law Offices Jeff served for nine years as a litigation attorney at a local Wisconsin law firm McLario & Helm. Additionally, Jeff founded BizLab in 2003 a successful business incubator in Menomonee Falls with over 130 employees and $20,000,000 in annual revenue.. Jeff earned a B.A. degree in history from Bob Jones University and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1997.. I have been practicing law as a litigator for over 35 years whereby I have extensive experience in family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Over the course of this vast experience I have conducted criminal and civil jury trials as well as complex family law court trials. I have also litigated cases in the higher appellate courts.. Prior to becoming a lawyer, after having received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, I worked for the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office. I acquired expertise in forensic science and criminal identification qualifying me to conduct training in those subjects. On numerous occasions I qualified and testified in court as an expert in the science of fingerprints.
