I came to the law as a second career, after the end of my first marriage.  I entered law school, knowing that I wanted to practice Family Law.  I enjoy the interaction with people in times of upheaval.  I came to bankruptcy because it often goes hand in hand with divorce, and I wanted to be a source of "one stop shopping."  My bankruptcy practice has grown over the years, and it is a practice area that I've grown to love.. I'm family oriented, and love the central Vermont community.  I live with my husband and two naughty dogs.

I started my career working in complex commercial litigation. In my early career, my work primarily focused on assisting large corporate entities litigate significant insurance policies. Although the work was sophisticated, I knew it was missing the human element that I desired. Once I realized this I made a concious decision to transition my practice to focus primarily on domestic litigation.. Today, the bulk of my practice consists of domestic litigation, which includes divorce, custody actions, child support actions, modification and order enforcement. I know that divorce and custody issues are often the most emotionally and financially stressful times in my clients' lives and I take great pride in walking them through the process.. I pride myself on being a pragmatic problem solver and am constantly looking for solutions that are in my clients' best interest. Not all situations require a "scorched earth" approach, but some do. I understand the difference between cases that require a delicate touch and those that need aggressive litigation and tailor strategy to suit my clients' needs.

I chose to work in Family and Criminal Law because I found it to be the most rewarding of the legal areas. Matthew Kuehnl has a passion for helping people. Jared Pearson is the founding member of Pearson Law Firm. T.R. Morgan grew up in Northern Utah playing high school basketball, winning at board games, and watching tv when he wasn’t reading. After serving an LDS mission to Brazil, he attended the University of Utah and graduated with a political science degree. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the SJ Quinney School of Law. During law school, T.R. worked full-time with the Internal Revenue Service as a tax examiner and legal intern. T.R. started his legal career working with renowned Ogden Attorney Bob Echard, and, after a few years, started his own general law practice. T.R. has litigation experience in most areas of law, specializing in family law and probate.. Most recently, T.R. served as a Domestic Relations Commissioner in the Second Judicial District Court. His experience wearing the black robe gave him the opportunity to interact with and guide litigants and attorneys through the Shakespearian tempest that domestic litigation can be, presiding over more than 10,000 hearings. Michael B. Lundberg is a native of Logan, Utah.  After graduating with a BA in History from Brigham Young University, Mike began his legal studies at the University of Utah S. J. Quinney College of Law.  He graduated from the College of Law in 2010 and was admitted to practice law in the state of Utah in February of 2011.. Mike has been practicing exclusively in the area of family law for nearly ten years.  He understands that a family law case involves a person's most important part of their lives, and he takes the responsibility of guiding clients through that process seriously.  His priority is making sure that children are protected and that his clients' rights are secured..
