Tabitha was born in San Diego, California and lived there until she was 12. She then moved to Billings, Montana where she received her Bachelors of Science in Human Service and a Associates in Chemical Dependency Rehabilitation from Montana State University, Billings. After graduating from college Tabitha went to work for the the Billings Family Drug Court treatment team, and was a case manager for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. Tabitha’s experience with the family drug court is what lead Tabitha to attend law school.
