As a family law attorney, I am ethical, effective and empathetic. As a member of the Rancho Cucamonga Library Board, I appreciate the role of the library to the community. As an adjunct professor, I understand how important education is for our children. As a member of the Senior Affairs Commission, I know how important services are for the seniors. I am not backed (influenced) by any political groups, special interest groups, or other narrowly defined organizations. I am solely interested and driven by the needs of the community. Although I have been a practicing attorney since 2012, I have been associated with the legal field for over 15 years. First, as the IT Director for Shernoff Bidart & Darras, in Claremont, California. During my tenure with SBD, I evolved into more law related duties as a paralegal. During my time in law school, I interned with a prominent family law practice in Rancho Cucamonga, California.. Throughout my life I have had exposure to many fields and experiences to form a well rounded breadth of knowledge in business, computer technology, auto industry, personal injury, and insurance bad faith, to name a few.. In 2012, I partnered with my longtime friend and collegue at Schwartzberg & Associates, APC, where we have forged a growing practice if the fields of personal injury, family law, criminal law, and bankruptcy.

Lauren B. Franzella is an associate attorney in the Modesto office of Borton Petrini, LLP.  Lauren received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fresno in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in agricultural economics.  She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2010, graduating with distinction and a concentration in criminal justice.. Lauren practices family law in Stanislaus County, San Joaquin County, Alameda County and Contra Costa County.  She represents clients in all aspects of family law including dissolution, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division and domestic violence restraining orders.  Having spent time prior to law school teaching elementary and high school students, Lauren brings a unique outlook to matters involving children.. Lauren is married to Michael and they have twins, a boy and a girl.  Lauren and Mike are avid San Francisco Giants fans and escape to San Francisco every chance they get.

Michelle L. Blair was born and raised in Southern California. Ms. Blair graduated from the Menlo College, Atherton, California where she was a magna cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Ms. Blair then received her juris doctor degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California and was admitted to the California and federal bars in 2002.. Ms. Blair has extensive experience in all aspects of family law matters, including custody disputes, support and high net worth divorces. Ms. Blair has is also experienced in preparing premarital and post marital agreements.Ms. Blair has experience in trusts and estates. Ms. Blair is skillful in conducting all the phases of entity formations, including general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.Ms. Blair has been a mediator since August 22, 2003 and completed hermediation skills training at San Diego Mediation Center.

Peter J. Mueller. Mr. Mueller has been practicing law for forty years and is licensed in California and Illinois (Retired).  Graduating with honors from Loyola Law School in 1972, he was selected to associate with Chicago’s leading corporate firm and was also invited to become a Visiting Professor of Corporate Law at Loyola, where he had held the position as Assistant Dean of the Business School during his law studies.. At Loyola Law School he taught third year law students the core course in business law while he worked for General Motors, American Oil Company, The Chicago Tribune Company, and the Catholic Bishop of the Chicago Archdiocese while associated with Kirkland & Ellis. Mr. Mueller is also listed in Strathmore’s Who’s Who.. In 1974 Mr. Mueller was invited by Overton, Lyman & Prince of Los Angeles to join the firm to provide insurance defense legal services generally and in medical malpractice cases. In 1977 he opened his own law office in La Jolla and Rancho Santa Fe as a member of the firm, Woolley, Mullin & Mueller, focusing his practice on family law and civil litigation.. Mr. Mueller founded Father’s Rights Law Center® following the break up of his family through divorce in 1982. From this personal experience, and with encouragement from United Fathers of America, colleagues and clients, he established Father’s Rights Law Center®, and has specialized his practice for the professional father ever since.. In his position as director of Father’s Rights Law Center®, Mr. Mueller, a Certified Family Law Specialist, benefits from his early litigation training and experience and will involve when needed, qualified and respected expert child psychologists and psychiatrists, business economists, certified public accountants and vocational counselors in San Diego to assist Father’s Rights Law Center® clientele to obtain balanced and equitable custody sharing arrangements and property settlements.. As the father of seven children, ages twenty-two to forty-four,  Mr. Mueller brings to his family practice the personal experience of his own family’s break up by divorce. The bulk of my practice is Family Law. Attorney Duggan-Herd is currently an active member of State Bar of California and practices exclusively Family Law.. Attorney Duggan-Herd is a native Californian who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego.  She then earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Gonzaga University, School of Law in Spokane Washington..
