Luis E. Insignares brings more than 25 years of legal experience to each case and client. He served on the board of the Governor's Young Lawyer's Division. Currently he served as a trustee for the S.W. Florida Food and Winefest to benefit the Golisano's Childrens Hospital at Lee Memorial  Hospital and is a Board Member of Hope Hospice. Luis is a graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and has served on the board of the Harry Chapin Food Bank, and the board of the Lee County Legal Aid Society , Hope Hospice and currently srves on the Board of Advisors for Gulfshore Business Magazine and as a current Board Member of the Heights Foundation.

Attorney Belmont graduated magna cum laude from Boston University in 1991. She earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1994 and began her general practice in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in 1995. Ms. Belmont is licensed in both Florida and Massachusetts.. I was rasied in New Jersey, and then moved to Boston, Massachusetts for College and Law School.  I lived  and practived in Cape Cod, Massachusetts prior to moving to Cape Coral Florida.. I am a retired military officer - almost 27 years total service (active and reserves) - and a disabled veteran.  I am, however, fortunate to have run three marathons - and hope to run more - in my life: Oklahoma City; Honolulu; and Cayman Islands.  I like to help my clients achieve a relaxed attitude.  Most are upset about the circumstances in which they currently find themselves, or they would not be seeing me.  I take them to golf - SWFL has some simply magnificant courses - and encourage them to do things they find relaxing so that our communication about the pending issues can be more precise.  While Church - and being a Christian - is very, very important to me, I do not "force" my belief on others.  However, those who know me know that my beliefs and values and see that as an asset.

Andrew is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a member of the State Bar of Florida and State Bar of Michigan.  While an undergraduate Andrew worked in the Washington, D.C. offices of U.S. Senator Spencer Abraham and later studied Comparative Democracy at the University of London and University of Edinburgh.  During law school Andrew was employed by the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan overseeing their Lansing branch office.  He was an oralist for MSU Law’s Willem C. Vis Moot Commercial Arbitration team and competed in the world championship competition in Vienna, Austria.  While studying for the Bar Exam Andrew was a law clerk for the AV-rated personal injury firm Sinas, Dramis, Brake, Boughton & McIntyre, P.C.  Andrew moved to Lee County in 2007 and began as an Associate with the criminal defense firm  Aiken, O’Halloran & Associates.  In 2012 Andrew was elevated to partner in the newly-styled Aiken, O’Halloran & Banyai.  In 2016 Andrew was elected president of the Lee County Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and was reelected to a second consecutive term in 2017.  Andrew was named Executive Director of the Lee County Legal Aid Society, Inc. in 2018.

Kimberly attended Bishop Verot High School and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006, after attending Florida State University and Florida Gulf Coast University, graduating cum laude with a B.S. in Forensic Psychology. Honors included Moot Court Honor Society, Phi Alpha Delta, the Family Law Clinic and the Order of the Barristers Award. After graduating from Nova Southeastern University School of Law, she began her practice in insurance defense and criminal law. As a prosecutor, Kimberly gained extensive trial experience and became the court chief of the juvenile division and head of the special victims unit, prosecuting cases involving human trafficking, homicide, animal abuse, child abuse, domestic violence, injunctions and sexual assaults. Some of these were high profile cases that received notice in local newspapers.. Kimberly began focusing on the needs of families and abused children, both as a family law attorney and counsel for the Guardian ad Litem Program. She became a Certified Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediator and began conducting investigations as a private, court appointed Guardian ad Litem for children in family law cases.. Her legal career has focused on helping children and families, through collaboration with mediators, attorneys, therapists, forensic accountants, physicians, educators and tutors, addiction specialists, the Department of Children and Families, law enforcement, the Children's Advocacy Center, case managers and other governmental agencies.. Shaina Zuppke is a resident of Southwest Florida, with an impressive work history. She was born and raised in the small town of Waconia, Minnesota. She graduated from high school in 2000 and later moved to San Diego, California where she attended San Diego State University. There she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Minor in Spanish Language. Throughout her studies, she also worked for the university newspaper, The Daily Aztec where she began as a front desk assistant and advanced to operational manager.  Additionally, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Madrid, Spain where she learned Spanish and traveled to throughout Europe.. After graduating, Shaina pursued a career in the financial industry. She worked for several corporate companies including GMC-RFC Homecomings Financial as an account manager and Wells Fargo as a banker. However, it was her time as a financial counselor at Auriton Solutions that led her to the legal field. She recognized the importance of compassion in overcoming adversity, to find a solution to their financial burdens and strengthen their economic success.. In 2009, Shaina moved to Florida to attend Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida where she diligently studied and actively participated in several student organizations. She represented her school as a Co-Law Student Governors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar Association for all three years of law school. Additionally, she served in leadership roles for the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and as the student representative for the 2011-2012 Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity Conference.  Shaina also was a student volunteer for the Collier County Bar Association Pro Bono Clinic, Legal Aid Services of Collier County and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.. Mark A. Sessums is double board certified in Marital and Family Law, Divorce Law and Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Mark is only one of two lawyers who is currently Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Marital and Family Law out of approximately 90,000 admitted lawyers in the Florida bar. I have been practicing Family Law in the State of Florida since September 2012.. I am a Fort Myers area local and a Florida Gulf Coast University alumnus. I obtained my J.D. in 2012 from Ave Maria School of Law.
