Sue was born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin.  She graduated from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology-Criminal Justice and with a minor in Speech Communications in 1992.  She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin in 1995.  Sue moved to Wadena, Minnesota in 1996 and has worked for District Court Judge Timothy J. Baland and Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota.. Sue is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Seventh Judicial District Bar Association.  She is also a member of the Wadena Area Volunteers, a community service organization.  Sue serves on the board of directors for the Wadena County Developmental Achievement Center and for the Wadena Deer Creek Education Foundation.  She is a past board of directors member and chairperson of the Wadena County Crisis and Referral Program.  Sue currently serves on the church council of Immanual Lutheran Church in Wadena.. Sue has been practicing law since 1997.  She practices family law, real estate, social security disability, and other general practice areas.. Sue and her family make their home in Wadena, Minnesota where they enjoy family and community activities.

A native of Park City, Utah, Rebecca Ross joined Miller Law Group in 2016. After graduating from the University of Montana with Honors in Psychology and English, she returned to Park City to attend law school at the University of Utah. During her law school tenure, Rebecca served as judicial intern for the Honorable Keith Kelly, as an editor for the Journal of Law and Family Studies and President of the Women’s Law Caucus, worked extensively with Utah Juvenile Defender Attorneys, representing juvenile delinquency clients in Salt Lake County, and published a Note in the Journal of Law and Family Studies highlighting issues with domestic violence prosecutions in Utah’s Justice courts, titled Because There Won’t Be a “Next Time”: Why Justice Court is an Inappropriate Forum for Domestic Violence Cases.  13 J.L. FAM. STUD. 329 (2011).. Rebecca’s unique education and background in psychology and social work serves her clients well as they navigate the difficult emotional processes resulting from the legal system, particularly in criminal and family law matters.  In addition to her drive and passion for achieving thoughtful resolutions for her clients, Rebecca remains active in the community. She is currently President of both the Park City Bar Association and the Community for Children’s Justice, a non-profit supporting the Summit County Children’s Justice Center, and was a member of Park City Leadership Class XXIII.
