On my very first day working as an attorney at a Utah law office, I negotiated a settlement in a highly contested civil litigation matter without the help of the lead attorney. Brandee practices personal injury, divorce and custody, insurance defense, and general civil litigation. She is licensed to practice in Utah, in both state and federal courts.. Prior to joining Lewis Hansen, Brandee founded Lynch Firm PLLC, and also co-founded Bentley Briggs & Lynch PPLC located in Ogden, Utah. While there, she successfully represented various clients navigate the difficulties inherent in an auto accident, work accident, work discrimination, and custody and divorce disputes.  Prior to founding those firms, Brandee practiced in insurance defense and general litigation including, personal injury, construction defect, premises liability, employment law, medical malpractice, and workers compensation with Allen, Shepherd, Lewis, Syra & Chapman, P.A., located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.. Brandee received her J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. While in law school, Brandee served as an active member of the Moot Court team, excelled in trial and appellate competitions, and clerked in the public and private legal sectors for the United States Navy JAG, the Utah Attorney General’s Office, the Third District Judicial Court, and Kipp & Christian, P.C., in Salt Lake City, Utah.. When she is not working, Brandee enjoys indoor and outdoor soccer, cross training, reading, coaching youth soccer, and cooking. She has two boys and currently resides in Fruit Heights, Utah.
