I have experience both bringing and defending personal injury cases and matters of general civil litigation.. Since 1998. approximately 80% of our cases have been in the field of family law; however we also represent both Plaintiffs and Defendants in matters of lawsuits, and have a general practice for miscellaneous matters, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills.. As an avid boater, I held a 100 ton Merchant Mariner license (Captain's license), I have a special interest in boating issues and charter boat businesses.. Practice areas for family law include divorce, paternity, modifications, child support, parenting plans, contempt matters, Department of Revenue child support defense, mediations, relocation issues, and more.
