I am an attorney in private practice since 1996. Mr. Ducar practices in commercial litigation, with emphasis on commercial litigation, construction related issues, real estate litigation, bankruptcy and subrogation.  The construction law issues include, but are not limited to, mechanic’s liens, payment bonds, state and federal construction projects, hearings before the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings related to issues involving the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, workmanship issues, design/plan and specification defects, stop notice issues and bid protests.  The real estate litigation matters he handles include deficiency matters, seller’s failure to disclose material defects, implied easements, boundary disputes and tax lien foreclosures.  Mr. Ducar's experience in collecting money from commercial debtors includes initiating lawsuits, obtaining judgments, and executing upon judgments utilizing a broad range of collection remedies.  Mr. Ducar prepares and reviews contracts of all types.  He forms companies, including serving as statutory agent for several companies.  Mr. Ducar also defends business who have been accused of violating federal piracy laws by displaying a pay-per-view show for which the business may or may not have had the right to display.Mr. Ducar is licensed to practice law and actively practices throughout 13 states, at the trial and appellate levels, in federal and state courts.Mr. Ducar is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Fee Arbitration Committee.  He is a member of State Bar of Arizona Construction Law Section, Business Law Section and Trial Practice Sections.  He also is on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Roofing Industry Foundation, a charitable organization that awards college scholarships to children of persons working in the roofing industry.  He is also a member of Arizona Association for Justice.
