We are open and conducting mediation and individual meetings in-person and online via Zoom teleconferencing.. My practice is limited exclusively to divorce mediation and Collaborative divorce.  Most people think that the divorce process has to be long, difficult and expensive.  They don't realize that you can actually have a "good" divorce.  I devote my practice to helping people have a constructive, respectful divorce process.

Margaux Soeffker is a family law attorney with eighteen years of experience in private practice including divorce, custody, child support, post-decree actions, adoption and child protection matters. She founded her own boutique family law firm in 2018..
