Mr. Point has engaged in the private practice of law (with the firm of Acton and Point) for 45 years before joining the firm of Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. on July 1, 2012.  He has represented the Woodstown National Bank and Trust Company, the First National Bank of Elmer, the Borough of Woodstown and the Township of Pilesgrove.  He served eleven years on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District Ethics Committee and also four years on the Supreme Court’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.  Mr. Point served on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Judicial Appointments Committee from 2000 to 2005.

Before entering the practice of law, James served honorably in the United States Army.  After the Army, James attended The University of Kansas and The University of Kansas School of Law.  While in law school James focused on consitutional law, constitutional issues, and criminal law.  After graduation, James passed the Washington State Bar Exam and moved to the Seattle area with his wife, and two puppies.  James enjoys hockey, classic cars, and zealously representing the interests of his clients.

I am a Tennessee attorney who has been practicing since 2012.  I currently handle estate planning, real estate law, and litigation, and have extensive experience with workers' compensation matters.  Prior to starting the Otten Law Firm, I worked with two statewide insurance defense firms and obtained my real estate license..  In my free time, I enjoy being a dad, biking, and spending time with my family in Knoxville.

Gary Bergan has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1977. I was originally in house counsel at various corporations -- Sun MS, HP, Symantec - doing corporate business law.. When I left inhouse practice to care for my Mother full time who had Alzheimer's, I realized that I wanted to educate people on the importance of planning for their golden years and for their family.. Due to the high costs of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's, I became a long term care insurance specialist.  I then changed my law focus to estate planning and elder law.. In addition to my practice, I welcome the opportunity to educate the public on the importance of planning for their golden years .  I donate time to provide legal advice and education through the "Lawyers in the Library" program with my local bar association.. I now truly enjoy the practice of the law because I can see the results of the help I provide to my clients.
