I prepare the legal instruments (wills, trusts and powers of attorney) and can prepare appropriate tax returns (federal and state) to report income, estates, gifts and inheritances. Jenni Frere Volk was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington.  She also had the pleasure of living in eastern Washington for four years while attending Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington’s most prestigious collegiate institution..
