The main areas of law that I focus on are: probate law, family law, elder law (medicaid planning and asset protection), and estate planning. Early life experiences and personal losses of loved ones led me to pursue my areas of specialization and, to this day, fuels me to provide world-class products and services to my clients.. I graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor's in History and Political Science in 2014 and began law school at the University of Connecticut School of Law the same year. I worked for Rich, Rosenthal, Brincefield, Manitta, Dzubin, Kroeger, LLP in my first summer of law school; covering many areas of law but largely focusing on property, divorce, and estate planning. In my last year of law school I worked for Czepiga, Daily, Pope, & Perri, LLC; the premier elder law and medicaid planning firm in the Northeast.. After graduation, my wife and I moved to the Treasure Valley to start our lives and start a family.. Forrest Fischer practices in the areas of real estate, land use, business law, and commercial litigation.  Mr. Fischer is a native of Idaho Falls.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean's List and President of the Society of Law and Business.  In 2013, Mr. Fischer obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Gonzaga University School of Business where he was a member of the President's List.

ERICA M. WOLFE, Esquire is an associate at Wolfe & Associates. Erica focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, and estate distribution. Erica assists clients through every step of the residential and commercial purchase and refinance process, including the review of all contracts, mortgage documents, title commitments, and surveys. Erica handles a wide range of estates and trusts matters, including drafting wills, trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directive documents.  She also assists clients in estate, trust, and guardianship administration.  Erica devotes a substantial portion of her time to estate planning, with a focus on asset distribution while minimizing potential tax liability on asset transfers.. In 2010, Erica graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in political science, specializing in public law. She also received minors in business administration, leadership, philosophy, and legal studies. While a student at UD, Erica received the Kimberly Clark Bright Scholar Award, the Middletown Rotary Club Scholarship, and the Odessa Women’s Club Scholarship.  In 2014, Erica graduated with a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School.  While in law school, Erica interned for the Honorable Jan R. Ms. French obtained her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2019, where she was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for both Constitutional Law II and Family Law. As a law student, Ms. French worked for Ada County as a civil division legal intern. Most recently, Ms. French was a deputy prosecuting attorney for Bingham County.. Before attending law school, Ms. French earned her B.A. in history education and taught eighth grade English language arts.. Ms. French was raised in Idaho Falls and is proud to call it home. She is married to Alex French. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and binge-watching true crime documentaries.
