My upbringing in Oregon and an abiding connection to the land drew me to conservation and natural resources issues. Protection of the environment, landscapes, and wildlife, and providing outdoor recreational opportunities has always been a passion of mine. My first notable conservation act was when my sister and I persuaded our parents to forgo cutting a big Doug-fir in our yard that was in the path of a proposed driveway extension. This same passion caused me to change course from a promising career in criminal law to land conservation acquisition in 2001. Parlaying my 20 plus year experience as a trial attorney, water trust executive director, and land conservation acquisition agent, my law practice focusess on land conservation, real estate, and land use matters.  I represent individuals and entitites across Oregon with matters such as acquisitions, conservation easements, land-use actions, wetland mitigation banking, and general counsel legal advice.

Erica focuses her practice on business and real estate transactions, and has a broad range of experience in other areas of law, including land use, civil litigation, and various debtor-creditor issues.. Erica is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington. Erica graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2012, where she served on the Marquette Sports Law Review and received her Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute. Prior to law school, Erica attended St. Ambrose University, where she earned a B.A. in Management and Sports Marketing.. In her free time, Erica enjoys cycling, playing soccer, winning at board games, and baking.

Mr. MacMillan's practice focuses on real estate transactions and a wide range of litigation matters, including property and contract disputes. From 2004 to 2009, I was General Counsel of RE/MAX equity group, inc., one of the nation’s largest real estate brokerages.  In that capacity, I advised the company and its agents in real estate and agency law, defended the company and its agents in disputed matters and authored numerous forms and articles for the benefit of my clients.  Prior to 2004, my practice focused on both real estate transactions and commercial litigation.  My legal background includes condemnation and other real estate litigation, as well as a wide variety of business litigation matters, including environmental, patent infringement, and shareholder dispute cases.  Prior to joining Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 2001, Ms. Brooke was with the law firm of Tonkon Torp LLP.  Ms. Brooke also has a background in corporate accounting and finance as well as information systems development. I am a member of the Oregon State Bar, as well as the Multnomah and Washington County Bar Associations.  I have one husband, four sons and two dogs.  Between the boys and the dogs, my house is rarely ever completely clean.

Beth McKinney has been an attorney for 23 years. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant, working as an accountant prior to her career in law..
