Travis Tufts practices in the areas of estate planning, probate litigation, and commercial litigation. Travis grew up in Tucson and attended the University of Arizona, where he graduated with degrees in Political Science and Spanish. After spending several years in Miami, Florida obtaining his J.D./LL.M in Taxation from the University of Miami, he realized Tucson is his one true home. Travis returned to Tucson to be closer to family, friends, and as a former member of the Arizona Men’s Club Soccer Team, to support the UA community.. His professional experiences give him a unique perspective and ability to advise clients. Travis leverages his background in litigation to carefully tailor clients’ estate plans, achieving desired outcomes while minimizing risks of costly probate disputes. I am an avid scuba diver and have experienced several shark dives.  I am a former private pilot. I regularly ride big cruiser motorcycles about the nation. I work out consistently and try to average at least one 5k run monthly.  My MBA focused on statistical analysis, so, I enjoy trading the stock market, equities, bonds, and options trading.

I am a Georgia native currently living in Buford with my wife of 15 years and our 2 daughters.

After graduating from Central Gwinnett High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Jordan was determined to receive a quality education, so that he could return and serve the community where he grew up. He earned his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. He was also fortunate enough to meet his wife, while there, and even more fortunate to convince her to move with him to Georgia, so that he could attend law school at Georgia State University's College of Law. In addition to being widely regarded as one of the best public law schools in the country, GSU provided Jordan with a number of excellent opportunities, including working with some of the leading academics in their areas of expertise. Jordan Alford is especially grateful to Professors Mary Radford, Julian Juergensmeyer, and Ryan Rowberry, for their tutelage and continued mentorship.. While in law school, Jordan was able to work at a number of different law firms, whose areas of specialty ranged from criminal law to real estate. He was likewise privileged to serve as an Intern in the Superior Court of Fulton County with Judge John Goger. During his time with Judge Goger, Jordan was able to work on cases that ranged in subject matter from medical malpractice to derivatives litigation. These diverse set of experiences impressed upon Jordan two important things: 1) There is enough diversity in the law to find something you love doing; and 2) Don't practice in an area of law you don't love, because being a good lawyer requires nothing less than 100 percent commitment to your clients and your craft.. Jordan has a passion for his selected areas of expertise. In addition to his private practice he acts as a volunteer Editor of The Mortmain, a quarterly publication produced by the Estate and Probate section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He also serves the local Probate Courts of North Metro Atlanta by acting as Guardian Ad Litem or as an appointed attorney in cases dealing with incapacity of the elderly, representing minors in probate administration, and in mental health commitment cases.

Aside from being an Attorney, I am a proud mother of two boys.  I am very active in my local community, volunteering at Duncan Creek Elementary School and with the Mill Creek Athletic Association.

Daniel is a native of Atlanta, Georgia.  He attended the University of Georgia, where he received his B.A., magna cum laude, in three years.  Prior to entering law school, Daniel worked at a local commercial real estate and land management firm.  Daniel received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University Law School.  While attending GSU, Daniel interned with the Association County Commissioners of Georgia, where he assisted ACCG’s excellent legislative advocacy team research legal issues relating to current and proposed litigation and draft various publications framing common legal issues for local governments.. Daniel joined the Finley Firm in August 2011.  The focal points of Daniel’s practice are insurance defense, especially premises liability matters, and all types of commercial litigation, including real estate disputes, violations of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, construction litigation, landlord/tenant matters, and eminent domain.  Daniel also has extensive experience assisting clients with lease and other contract preparation, as well as business formation documents.  He has also defended Georgia businesses and insurers against workers’ compensation claims and, in the process, litigated and settled numerous such cases.. Will Clark was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Cum Laude, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, in 2010. In law school he was named the Joe C. Barrett Commercial Transactions Scholar, was a member of the Board of Advocates and served as an Associate Editor for the Arkansas Law Reviewwhere his case note, Blazing a New Trail: The Effect of Medical Liability Mutual Insurance Co. v. Alan Curtis on the “American Rule” and an Insurer’s Right to Attorneys’ Fees, was published in 2009.
