My practice has been concentrated for the past 28 years in the areas of estate planning, business planning and tax.  I have written hundreds of Wills and Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, HIPAA Authorizations and Living Wills in the process of helping clients plan for their own disability and to give what they have at their death to whom they want, when they want, and the way they want, and to save every court cost, tax dollar and attorney fee possible.. I have also assisted clients with forming hundreds of business entities while at the same time planning to save estate and income taxes and prepare the business for transition to the next generation of family, or prepare the business for sale so our client can retire.. Because the type of legal work that I have done also includes working with real estate, retirement accounts, oil and gas interests, and other types of property, I have developed the ability to assist clients in the purchase and sale of their prooperty.  The licenses I hold as a real estate broker, title insurance agent and abstracter also give me unique knowledge and experience with real estate.. Justin is an attorney, C.P.A. and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (Tax LLM). Justin’s practice focuses on business and commercial law, civil and criminal litigation, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, estate planning, tax controversies and trust and probate administration. He regularly advocates for his clients in litigation matters in both state and federal courts and also counsels clients with regard to tax planning for business transactions, sales and business formation.
