Saret in Washington, DC doing estate planning and administration, as well as editing the Wealth Strategies Journal.I am a volunteer with the Maryland chapter of Wills for Heroes, preparing estate plans for first responders and providing estate planning advice to other attorneys. Jessica M. Gorsky joined Carney, Kelehan, Bresler, Bennett and Scherr LLP as an attorney in 2017 focusing her practice on estates and trusts and elder law. Her practice also includes business formation and taxation. Although primarily based in the Columbia office, Ms. Gorsky also works with clients in the firm’s Annapolis and Westminster offices.. Prior to joining Carney Kelehan, Ms, Gorsky was an attorney for Walsh & Company in Columbia, Maryland. In her position, she focused on estate planning, litigation matters, guardianship pleadings and estate and fiduciary income tax returns.  She presented “Medicaid—The Ins and Outs of Applying for Long Term Care Assistance in Maryland” at the Wealth Academy 2016 Seminar Series..
