Katherine M. Fogarty is a skilled and successful litigator with a great deal of trial experience. She started her career trying cases even before she became an attorney—preparing cases and appearing in court as a third year law school student- then trying personal injury jury trials shortly after becoming a licensed attorney. Many domestic relations attorneys do not have this deep trial experience, making Ms. Fogarty especially prepared to represent her clients in court..
