For the last 13 years I have represented individuals in all aspects of family law.  Additionally, I am regularly appointed by the Justices of the Probate and Family Court to serve in the capacities of Guardian Ad Litem, Trustee, Attorney for Child (ARC Counsel), Special Master, Discovery Master , Arbitrator (for binding arbitration) and Conciliator.. The course of my representation includes Pre-nuptial agreements, contested and un-contested divorce actions, contempt actions, modification actions as well as mediations. Within the course of those actions, I have handled numerous contensted custody, child support, adoption and other family law related matters.  I have tried numerous cases and briefed and argued numerous cases before the appellate courts of Massachusetts.. Additionally, my practice includes representation of persons before the appellate courts of Massachusetts, having represented parties before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.. Finally, I represented students and families in education law related matters, including, disciplinary hearings, IEP and 504 meetings, and other matters involving education law.. I have participate regularly in continuing legal education seminars, and have additionally taught such seminars, including, "Introduction to Divorce" and "Year in Review" (annual review of appellate case law related to family law) and "Trial skills".  I have previously served as a Judge for the Massachusetts Bar Association Mock Trial Competition and have served previously as the Mock Trial Coach for South High in Worcester, Ma.. I am a proud graduate of the Worcester Public Schools, Worcester State University and Western New England University School of Law, where I was twice awarded the "Best Oralist" award. I was selected to participate in the national environmental moot court competition, where I was a semi-finalist.. I am a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association, where I sit on the Probate and Family Law Committee and the Trial Skills Committee.

Alisha is an experienced trial attorney who represents clients with professionalism, knowledge and compassion. I’ve practiced family law for the duration of legal career. I consider it my professional mission to help my clients navigate the legal process, using the tools I’ve accumulated over the last 15 years. Together, my clients and I build the framework for the next stage of their lives. I see my role as principled advocate, stalwart defender and calming presence.. I represent clients in all aspects of family law including complaints for divorce, modification and removal, complaints for civil and criminal contempt, preparation of prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and paternity proceedings. In addition to trying cases, I am a trained mediator able to assist couples with the negotiation of separation agreements. I have significant experience advising clients about the division of complex marital estates, including business valuations. I served on the Taskforce that drafted the 2017 Child Support Guidelines and am able to assist clients with the negotiation of a child support and alimony obligations. As President Elect of the Massachusetts Association of Family and Conciliator Courts, I am able to connect my clients with therapists and other experts who can advise on difficult parenting issues, or, development of a parenting plan that is tailored to meet each child’s specific needs.. Tiffany M. Ambrose graduated in 2011 with a B.S., summa cum laude, from St. John’s University, and in 2014 with a J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Tiffany’s practice has focused primarily in family law and representing children and parents in child welfare matters. Tiffany also has experience handling various landlord tenant matters. In addition to litigating family law cases, Tiffany is a certified mediator and a certified collaborative law practitioner. Caroline Vincent is a cum laude graduate of Boston University (2008) and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School (2013) where she was the recipient of the Sargent Scholarship. While at Suffolk, Caroline served as an editor of the Transnational Law Review and co-authored an article titled Liberation or Exploitation: Commercial Surrogacy and the Indian Surrogacy, 36 SUFFOLK TRANSNAT’L L. REV. 671 (2013). As part of her work on the Law Review, Caroline organized a school wide moot court competition that focused on complex issues of international law.. During law school, Caroline interned at the Suffolk Probate and Family Court and served as a student attorney in Middlesex and Suffolk counties for low-income individuals in their divorce and custody proceedings. Caroline further honed her legal research and legal writing skills as a law clerk at a small firm in Medford, focusing on family law, probate, and general litigation.. After graduating from law school, Caroline served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Probate and Family Court from 2013-2015. While serving as a law clerk, Caroline worked closely with the justices in researching and drafting decisions related to child custody, support and asset division.. My practice includes a number of interrelated areas.  My real estate, probate, estate planning and tax experience and expertise assist me in my work with divorcing clients.  I have developed an area of mediation in my practice ("mediation to stay married" or "marital mediation" that uses mediation skills to assist couples who are experiencing difficulty in their marriage.  Most of my work is non-court related, including negotiated divorces, collaborative divorces and mediations.  I work with a great team of people in my firm -- 3 other lawyers and a paralegal.  In the past few years I have started writing articles -- on marriage, divorce, mediation, and other topics.
