I am a partner at Reuben Raucher & Blum, located in Los Angeles, California. Focusing my practice exclusively on family law matters, I provide representation to clients throughout the metropolitan area who are going through a divorce and are having to deal with related issues such as complex property division, child custody and visitation, and spousal and child support. Although I often encourage my clients to resolve these matters through negotiations or mediation, I am a fierce advocate in a courtroom when necessary. I also help clients who have been the victims of domestic violence to obtain appropriate protective orders. Since 2003, I have been certified as a specialist in family law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.. In part due to my practice being in Los Angeles, I have represented numerous entertainment and media celebrities and other high-profile clients. I have made frequent appearances on local and national television shows, including "Inside Edition," "Entertainment Tonight" and "Celebrity Justice." I have also been quoted often in such publications as Variety, People magazine and US Weekly. Many of my clients have retained me as a result of direct referrals from other attorneys.. As an undergraduate, I attended Cornell University and received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration in 1987. I pursued my legal education at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and was awarded my Juris Doctor in 1994. Admitted to practice before all California state courts, I have served on the executive committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. I am also Active in my locoal community as well, volunteering my legal services to the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law.

I started my firm in 2003 and am decicated to representing individuals and their families in Immigration and Family Law matters.. I came to the United States at the age of  5 and went through the immigration process with my family.  This experience allows me to understand the anxiety and concerns each client has about Immigration laws and the application process.. As a  Cerfied Family Law Specialist and mediator, I am committed to reducing client anxiety about the law and family conflict by proactively providing information to allow clients to take control over their own lives by making fully informed decisions.. My goal is to help my clients resolve their legal problems with personal dignity and peace of mind.. I  was selected as Southern California Rising Star in Immigration Law in 2012 and 2013.. Ms. Bennett has practiced law in California for nearly 40 years and has been a Certified Family Law Specialist for 30 years. She has a close familiarity with all family law issues, including complex issues. She is an aggressive, experienced trial attorney and is widely known throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Ms. Bennett is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and frequently lectures at Continuing Legal Education courses, seminars, conferences, and symposia on a range of family law issues, particularly as they relate to domestic partners and the rights of LGBT parents and families. Ms. Bennett has published numerous papers, practice guide chapters, and articles for a variety of publications and publishers. Most recently, she co-authored two practice guide chapters with the managing partner of the firm, Jeffrey W. Erdman, on the advantages and disadvantages of formal registration with the state of California as domestic partners, and on the availability of and procedures for obtaining protective orders with regard to discovery and exchange of financial information in family law matters. She is also the author of a series of articles entitled "Separate Is Not Equal: Dissolution and Domestic Partners," for The Witness Chair, a quarterly publication of the Litigation Section of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Bill Fingerett is a Partner and Certified Family Law Specialist at FMBK with over forty years of experience. Bill has extensive experience representing clients in custody matters, including move-away cases and Hague Convention cases. He has also litigated, settled and mediated child and spousal support matters, as well as financial issues, such as valuing and dividing assets, including businesses, real estate, investment and retirement accounts. In addition, Bill represents clients in civil palimony suits, same sex relationships and families with special needs. He also litigates the validity of pre and post marital agreements.. Bill also volunteers on behalf of Alliance for Children’s Rights, an organization that assists families to achieve safe, stable homes, healthcare and education for foster children, specifically children with learning disabilities..
