It appeared Theresa was headed for a life of politics until an epiphany
in 2001. Shortly after the World Trade Center attack on September 11th,
Theresa realized she wanted to help people in a more personal and
predominant way. “I’ve always wanted to practice law and will always

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
