I am a South Florida native who now lives near the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. I became licensed to practice law in Florida in November 2011 and actively practiced law in Florida until 2017. My family relocated to Knoxville, TN in late 2017 and I became licensed to practice law in Tennessee in July 2018. I have been working at the same Downtown Knoxville Firm (although we recently changed firm names) since May 2018. Presently, the majority of my work is Tennessee based but I am still actively licensed to practice in Florida.. My common practice areas are real estate matters, including but not limited to commercial leases, construction defects, easement and boundary disputes, and failure to disclose. I also handle a wide range of contractual matters including but not limited to contractual disputes, drafting contracts, and reviewing/negotiating contractual terms. Additionally, I work on personal injury and civil rights cases. I actively litigate cases in these areas of law.. On my free time, I like to spend time with my husband and our son. I was born and raised in Holmdel NJ and still live in Monmouth County where my practice is located.  My offices are located in Holmdel, NJ and Cream Ridge NJ.  We serve clients primarily from Monmouth, but also from Ocean, Middlesex and Mercer Counties.. The majority of my practice involve real estate transactions, preparation of Last Will and Testaments for clients, property tax appeals, property disputes and land use law.. Jeff graduated with a degree in political science from Northeastern University in 1992 and attended law school at Suffolk University graduating in 1995. His earliest legal experience includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney and prosecuting cases throughout Worcester County. After leaving the DAs office in 2001, Attorney Head was appointed as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Worcester, where he focused on issues related to real estate, permitting and zoning. Jeff was in private practice from 2001 to 2006 as a transactional attorney handling both residential and commercial real estate matters. From 2006 to 2014 Attorney Head was employed by a regional title insurance company, initially as Title Counsel and then Claims Counsel. In this role Jeff handled many complex real estate matters and managed title-related litigation. Jeff’s breadth of experience as a real estate lawyer allows him to provide clients with high quality representation that is both cost efficient and effective.
