He oversaw NJMIC’s expansion from being solely licensed in NJ to over 30 states and developed an extensive branch network around the country.. Joel is a former president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey. He was elected President of the association in 2004. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School and was admitted to the bar of New Jersey.
