Brian R. Linnekens has been a licensed attorney for over a decade.  He is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law, and he also earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.  During the past 10 years, Mr. Linnekens has built a specialized law practice helping property owners and investors acquire and develop myriad real estate properties and projects.  Mr. Linnekens has also built a high-end real estate development company, Global Innovation Development, Inc which has given Mr. Linnekens the unique ability to understand the debt and credit markets.  Mr. Linnekens is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a Class B General Contractor.

Mr. Stephen Vokshori graduated Magna Cum Laude from USC’s Marshall School of Business and elected to attend the UCLA School of Law for his Juris Doctor.  While in UCLA’s Business Law and Policy Program, he exhibited academic excellence in Real Estate, Corporate, and Finance law, and became a recipient of the Stephen E. Arash Ghadooshahy is a founding partner of Kay Ghad LLP. Arash obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, where he graduated in the top-third of his class and was on the Dean’s honor list. During his time in law school, Arash had the opportunity to gain hands on legal experience by interning for litigation focused law firms, media companies, and for Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Lippitt. Prior to law school, Arash was able to gain real estate development experience by working in a family business which focused on the acquisition, development and management of gas service stations across California..
