As an Expansion Project Manager with Niagara Bottling I oversee the development of food-grade manufacturing and distribution facilities throughout the United States and Mexico.  Over the past two years I have been tasked with managing seven different build-to-suit development projects collectively totaling several million square feet of Class "A" industrial space.  My role enables me to guide the entire development process from initial site selection and due diligence, through contracting, design, permitting, construction, and delivery of a fully operational production facility.. Prior to joining Niagara I spent a year in Guangzho, China working with the law firm of Anderson & Anderson, LLP.  Over the years I have had the pleasure of working and studying abroad in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Central America. I am a 1995 graduate of Creghton Law School, with honors.  I have been in private practice for twenty years, with a concentration on real estate, probate, estate planning and debt collection matters.. mmediately prior to my legal career I spent nine years managing computer facilities for McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach, California and Huntington Beach, California, where I also completed my undergraduate work at the University of San Francisco.. Before working at MDC, I was a United States Marine, guarding embassies and consulates in Port Au Prince, Haiti, and Jerusalem, Israel as part of the elite Marine Security Guard Batallion.  In Israel, I was part of the security teams for Jimmy Carter and George Schultz.. Attorney Dean A. Fankhauser was raised in Chadron, Nebraska and is the son of former business owners who still reside in Chadron today. After graduating from Chadron State College, Dean studied at The University of South Dakota School of Law and graduated in 2014 with a Juris Doctor.. While in law school, Dean had many great experiences, including advancing to the Elite 8 of the Sam Masten Appellate Advocacy Competition and completing an internship at the Federal Public Defender’s office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Kaitlyn Tauber was born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Kaitlyn is an experienced real estate title and transactional attorney with a vast array of experience within both the real estate and legal services industries. Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Baltimore, as well as her Juris Doctorate (Law) Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Maryland Land and Title Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Kaitlyn is a Barred Attorney for the State of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District Court of Maryland, and is awaiting pending reciprocity admittance in DC. Furthermore, she is a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, Maryland Real Estate Salesperson/Agent, and Maryland Title Insurance Producer.. Kaitlyn began her career in both the real estate and legal industries after graduating from her undergraduate program when she began working at a real estate law firm as a full-time Paralegal. Here, she assisted with a variety of different real estate matters such as title, settlements, contracts of sales for both commercial and residential real estate, deeds, negotiations on behalf of clients with lending institutions and banks in regards to Short Sales, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosures, and Loan Modifications. It was during this time that Kaitlyn learned of her passion to help others in relation to real estate transactions. It was also during her time as a Paralegal that Kaitlyn decided to attend law school in the evenings to pursue her law degree. Clare Schuller joined Cooch and Bower in 2012.  Her practice involves civil litigation and the representaiton of individuals and businesses throughout all stages of federal and state tax controversies.. Clare earned her J.D. cum laude from  the University of Maryland Carey School of Law in 2012.  She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the US Tax Court.. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schuller was a student attorney at the University of Maryland School of Law’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and completed an internship with the Internal Revenue Service’s Chief Counsel Small Business/Self-Employed Office in Baltimore.
