A native of Coloma, Michigan, I am still remembered in Southwest Michigan for having represented the University of Notre Dame on the Jeopardy! College Championship. After graduating magna cum laude from Notre Dame, I earned my law degree at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C, where I served on the editorial staff of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. I practiced law in both the public and private sectors for nearly a decade in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, and have been in private practice in Michigan since 2007.  I was honored to be named a Rising Star among Michigan lawyers by Super Lawyers Magazine in both 2012 and 2013, and was privileged to be a candidate for Berrien County District Court Judge in 2014.  A local history buff, I have twice been published in Michigan History Magazine.. Service to the community in which I was raised, and in which I now raise my family, is very important to me. I serve on the Berrien County Land Bank Authority and the boards of directors of the Berrien County Historical Association and the Berrien Artist Guild, and am an associate director of Honor Credit Union and a proud member of the St. Joseph-Benton Harbor Rotary Club.  I am also a former member of the Lakeshore and Four Flags Chambers of Commerce, Lest We Forget, and the Southwest Michigan Home Builders Association, have previously served on the board of directors of Emergency Shelter Services and the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra's Development Committee, and was honored to serve as chairman of the Citadel Dance & Music Center.

Manmeet (Manny) Chahal's primary practice lies in corporate law. Manny has extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance, commercial real estate, and banking transactions. Manny has experience with representing clients in multi-billion-dollar bank finance and commercial real estate transactions, working primarily in leasing, acquisitions, and sales of commercial property. Manny also has experience with numerous cross-border (Canada and US) bank financing transactions in which he has successfully represented corporate clients in securing funding over two hundred million dollars.. On occasion, Manny handles very selective catastrophic personal injury cases. In November 2022, Manny obtained a unanimous jury trial verdict in Wayne County Circuit Court for over $2.3 million dollars plus an award for attorney fees and costs in a case for no-fault personal injury protection benefits on behalf of a client who was catastrophically injured in a motor vehicle versus pedestrian accident.  In January 2019, Manny also successfully recovered $1.1 million dollars in a motor vehicle accident case on behalf of a client who was catastrophically injured in a motor vehicle versus pedestrian accident.. During law school, Manny procured a highly selective joint internship with the Abood Law Firm and Haddad Law Firm in Birmingham, Michigan. During this time, Manny gained extensive experience in handling civil disputes, criminal defense, family law, and personal injury cases.. Following graduation from undergraduate school at the University of Western Ontario and prior to becoming an attorney, Manny worked for the Royal Bank of Canada in Downtown, Toronto. Julie Trepeck Harris focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, development, construction, leasing and dispute resolution. On April 18, 2018 I was appointed by the Michigan Attorney General as Public Administrator for Charlevoix County, Michigan. I am in charge of administering decedent estates in the county when a person dies leaving no heirs or next of kin.

Prior to joining Gunderson Law Firm, he earned his Juris Doctorate Magna Cum Laude at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas  where he was on academic scholarship throughout his education.  While in law school, Mr. Funk earned the top grade in Trial Advocacy, Sales and Leases, Advanced Legal Analysis and Writing, and Secured Transactions.  Mr. Funk also interned for Honorable Judge Patrick Flanagan at Washoe County District Court and served as a summer law clerk for the Gunderson Law Firm.. Mr. Funk is a board member for the High Sierra Lacrosse Foundation.  The Foundation is a non-profit seeking to promote and develop the game of lacrosse as an integral part of the education process making it equally available to both boys and girls.  Mr. Funk is also the head coach of Reno High School’s boys lacrosse program serving not only as a coach at his Alma Mater, but also as a mentor to the players.  He is an active player and member of the Reno/Tahoe men’s club lacrosse team—the Tahoe Dawgs.
