Veronica Doss, Esq. has been providing in-house general counsel services since she became licensed by the Florida Bar in 2013. Her mantra is that she was a "businessperson first, and then became a lawyer". Before becoming an attorney, Veronica managed a busy real estate office for a commercial and residential real estate developer for over 10 years. Jennifer Lloyd received her J.D. from the University of Alabama in 2007, where she was a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 2004 with a B.B.A. in International Business. Jennifer also studied at the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain during college and received the Taylor Medal, the University of Mississippi’s highest academic honor.. Jennifer obtained her license to practice law in Tennessee in 2007, and has experience in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, estate law, family law and collections. She is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association, and is admitted to the Tennessee Supreme Court and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

As a practicing attorney for over 36 years from a family of four generations of attorneys dating back to 1913, I started my career at Langan Grossman Kinney & Dwyer in Syracuse, New York where I engaged in the general practice of law for 5 years (1982 to 1987).. I then served as an Assistant District Attorney in Onondaga County for 3 years, prosecuting felonies in the Felony Trial Unit, and tried more than 40 jury trials to verdict (1987 to 1989).. After my service in the DA's Office, I then engaged in the general practice of law with Watt Kruttschnitt & Langan for 2 years (1989 to 1991).. In 1991, I joined my father, Anthony J. Langan, at Langan & Langan where we practiced together from 1991 to my father's death in 2009 (1991 to 2009).. From 2009 to 2016, I was engaged in solo practice, practicing in New York and Florida, concentrating in real estate, probate and estate administration.  In 2016, my son Patrick (4th generation attorney) joined my firm and has been practicing with me.

Mr. Gindin is a principal in the Bala Cynwyd, PA law firm of Gindin Kessler LLC providing general legal and consulting services related to real estate and general business matters, including entity formation, purchase and sale of businesses and real estate properties together with transactional due diligence for such matters, leasing and lease enforcement, rent collection and commercial evictions and related matters. From 1998 through 2012 Mr. Gindin served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NCO Group, Inc. (Publically Traded on NASDAQ 1996-2006), parent of the collection agency NCO Financial Systems, Inc. In that position, Mr. Gindin participated in the management of the Company’s business operations and supervised all domestic and international legal affairs of the Company, including legal, regulatory, human resources and compliance. Related to the NCO experience, Mr. Gindin has become a known expert in the debt collection industry, providing litigation strategy in defending consumer lawsuits and state and Federal regulatory actions; compliance assessments and strategy. Mr. Gindin received his BA from Brandeis University and his JD from Temple University Law School and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
