Burke Richeson was born in Kokomo Indiana but lived most of his life in Lafayette, Indiana where his parents and much of his family still reside.  Burke attended Lafayette Central Catholic High School where he was a member of the 1999 State Championship football team and the 2000 State Championship Basketball team.  In 2005 Burke earned his bachelors degree from Purdue University in Communications with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision.  He moved to Marshall County in 2007 when he began law school at the Valparaiso University School of Law. In 2010, Burke earned his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University and completed his Masters of Business Administration, also with Valparaiso University, over the following three years while practicing law.   Burke passed the bar exam on his first attempt and began practicing law in 2011 with the law office of Jones Huff and Jones, where he was named a partner in 2016.  Since passing the bar Burke has served as the Marshall County Bar Association President, has become a registered mediator with the Indiana State Bar Association, is serving on the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Board of Dirctors, has been a founding member of the Plymouth Main Street organization, Discover Plymouth, is the president of the Plymouth Junior Baseball League, and has represented hundreds of clients from Marshall County, Starke County, Fulton County, Kosciusko County and St. Joseph County and assisted them with their legal needs.  In 2018 Burke joined RE Consultants, LLC where he serves as in-house counsel and handles the needs of his clients various developments and businesses.  As in-house counsel Burke is not currently accepting new clients.

Anthony James Dispoto, Esq. is a native from the Orange County area who studied Business Management at California State University, Fullerton and went to the University of San Diego School of Law.. While at Law School Anthony focused on Intellectual Property and Business and Corporate law with an emphasis in transactional matters, corporate compliance and entity formation. Anthony was also involved in the Transactional Law Team and was a student article editor and contributor for the San Diego International Law Journal and was one of four students to have his article published in the law journal during his year at law school.. Anthony now focuses his legal career in mergers and acquisitions by zealously advocating for his clients in the purchase and sale of real estate and assets.

His contracts are never fill in the blanks, or easily available standard catch all or minimal form types, but always well thought out and customized to fit the situation at hand. In regards to corporations, he has assisted in many aspects of forming and maintaining nonprofit organizations including the establishment of state and federal tax-exempt status and resolving contract/land disputes.. In regards to corporations, he assist in the many aspects of forming and then maintaining recognized legal status of nonprofit and religious organizations, including the establishment of state and federal tax-exempt status and resolving their contract and real property disputes. With regard to the physical buildings, Ryan has developed a keen eye for health and safety violations and liabilities while working with organizations in regards to repairs and maintenance, including acquired bids, obtaining necessary insurance, indemnification, legal Notice of Non Responsibility, and pro-active mechanic/property lien releases. ANDREW S. KUCERA is a Professor of Law at San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, CA, where he teaches Real Property, Real Property Drafting, Remedies, Capstone, and Practice 99. In 2014 and 2017, he received the Adjunct Faculty of the Year award.Mr. Kucera is also a partner (of counsel) at Palmer Kucera LLP in Clovis, CA, where he practices real estate/business law, landlord-tenant law, and estate planning. Mr. Kucera is admitted to practice in all California courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of CA.Mr. Kucera recently co-founded the Law Practice Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation focused on educating and training the next generation of lawyers to excel in a changing legal marketplace.
