Mr. Rooth is a native of Buffalo, New York.  He moved to Florida to attend Stetson University College of Law.  Upon graduating from Stetson, Mr. Rooth worked for attorney William Dunlap who had an office in Seminole, Florida.  A few years later, Mr. Rooth opened his own law office and has continued to focus on estate planning and elder law in the Seminole area.. Mr. Rooth has helped thousands of clients and families through the years.  He is committed to continuing to provide his legal knowledge and service for years to come.  Mr. Rooth is also mentoring his son, Ryan Rooth, and daugther, Marie Zorrilla, to continue his high  quality legal service for the next generations.

Attorney Duane Quam grew up in Byron, Minnesota. He spent his early post-high school years working and decided to attend College in 2013. While working his way through college and law school Duane continued to be involved in the community he grew up in through service on the Byron Planning and Zoning Commission, the American Red Cross, and other volunteer activities. Before graduating from law school Duane joined Weber, Leth & Woessner, PLC, in early 2020 as a law clerk. After graduating from law school and obtaining a passing score on the Minnesota Bar Exam Duane chose to stay on as an Associate Attorney.. Duane practices in a number of areas including estate planning, criminal law, civil litigation, family law, and municipal law to name a few.. In addition to his practice with Weber, Leth & Woessner, PLC, Duane continues to volunteer in the community. He still volunteers on the Byron Planning and Zoning Commission and through providing pro bono legal services to indigent clients.

Schuyler is passionate about preserving clients' history while ensuring that their future is protected. Her legal practice is founded upon cultural sensitivity and seeking to understand her client's unique needs. The practice areas she specializes in are estate planning, probate, guardianships, and Native American law.

Office is owned and operated by its primary attorney, Andrew M.
Lehner.  As a fourth-generation attorney, Andy understands what it means
to be an effective advocate for each of his clients.. During law school, Andy served as a volunteer student attorney for
Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services and as a law clerk for a
respected Eden Prairie Estate Planning law firm.  In addition to his
training and experience in the areas of estate planning, taxation,
elder law, and probate, Andy spent a summer in Ireland studying
international human rights law.. Upon admission to the Minnesota bar, he practiced as an estate planning
attorney for the same Eden Prairie Firm.  In February of 2009, Andy
opened the Lehner Law office near his home in St. Paul.
