Office is owned and operated by its primary attorney, Andrew M.
Lehner.  As a fourth-generation attorney, Andy understands what it means
to be an effective advocate for each of his clients.. During law school, Andy served as a volunteer student attorney for
Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services and as a law clerk for a
respected Eden Prairie Estate Planning law firm.  In addition to his
training and experience in the areas of estate planning, taxation,
elder law, and probate, Andy spent a summer in Ireland studying
international human rights law.. Upon admission to the Minnesota bar, he practiced as an estate planning
attorney for the same Eden Prairie Firm.  In February of 2009, Andy
opened the Lehner Law office near his home in St. Paul.

Joshua is the son of a retired Air Force veteran and grew up in Dayton, Ohio. He double majored in Psychology and International Studies at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio before attending law school at the University of South Carolina. While in law school, he clerked at a real estate transactions law firm In Columbia, SC where he gained practical experience and knowledge on the complexities of real property, while also being exposed to the world of litigation. After law school, Joshua obtained further legal experience by working with bankruptcy and insurance defense law firms. In 2021, he relocated to Litchfield, Minnesota and practiced with general practice firms, where he dealt with real estate, estate planning, and probate files. Joshua joined Farrish Johnson Law Office in 2022 and is happy to be serving the greater Mankato community.

After spending five years in the financial services industry, and then representing them as an attorney for nearly a decade, I came to the realization that becoming a shareholder with a corner office in a downtown firm hadn’t made me happy. I’d become an administrator and not a lawyer. I wanted to do something different, something that made a difference to people.. In 2015, I started Rust Law, PLLC to do just that. My wife and children are the most important things in my life. I’d do anything to make sure that they are taken care of and provided for if anything were ever to happen to me. I think most people feel the same way. So I have chosen to use my experience to help families plan for the future to make sure that they don’t self-destruct after the death or disability of a family member, but instead thrive.. Today my passion is helping people plan for the future they want to achieve and any unexpected obstacles they may encounter along the way to help them. –Reach their personal, family and business goals. –Minimize risks and expenses, and. –Obtain peace of mind..
