Born and raised in Elizabethton TN, Jeremiah C. Brummitt earned his BA from East Tennessee State University in 2002. He served in the United States Army JAG Corp until he was medically retired in 2014. In 2015, he attended and earned his law degree from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis TN. After being admitted to the Tennessee Bar, he moved back to East Tennessee to provide affordable estate planning to the residents of East Tennessee.

Emily grew up in Springfield, Tennessee. After graduating from Aaron Academy in Hendersonville, Tennessee, Emily attended Vanderbilt University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Music in Harp and highest honors in music history and literature.. Emily received her Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School where she was awarded the Dean's Scholarship. While in law school, Emily clerked at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the Tennessee Department of Children's Services.. After graduating law school, Emily returned home to Springfield, Tennessee, where she practiced with a local firm prior to co-founding Jones, Green, & Tackett Law, PLLC.. Emily has built her practice on the philosophy that the legal process is a partnership between attorney and client. Joseph Coluccio has over 16 years of experience in personal injury litigation and criminal defense.  Mr. Coluccio served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Nassau County District Attorney‘s Office in New York under the Honorable Denis Dillon from 2002-2005.  As an ADA Mr. Coluccio handled numerous criminal trials.  In private practice he worked for a prominent criminal defense firm in Rockville Centre, NY, where he successfully defended felony and misdemeanor cases at trial.  In addition he has handled and litigated multiple car accident cases and medical malpractice cases that resulted in multi million dollar settlements for injured clients.. Recently, Mr. Coluccio successfully passed the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2018.  For 6 months, he was employed by the Public Defender in the 18th Judicial Circuit in Brevard County, Florida.  As an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Coluccio successfully tried multiple criminal cases to verdict.. Matt is a graduate of the prestigious Duke University School of Law, receiving his LL.M. Degree in Law & Entrepreneurship from Duke. Matt also attained an LL.M. Degree in Taxation Law from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with a certificate in International Tax. Matt attended the Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree. At NSU Law, Matt was named a Leo F. Goodwin, Sr. Scholar, receiving a full tuition merit scholarship for the duration of his law school studies. He was also a recipient of the Excellence for the Future Award and multiple Dean's List Honors during law school. Matt received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami. At the University of Miami he was named a Henry King Stanford Scholar and received academic honors in eight consecutive semesters. During his undergraduate studies at "The U", Matt was also a proud and dedicated team member of the University of Miami Men's Rowing Team. Matt has served as an associate attorney at law firms in both Florida and North Carolina.
