Dawn Getty Sutphin has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1989 and New Jersey Bar since 1990. She has practiced in a large Philadelphia firm as well as for a smaller New Jersey Law office. She completed her LLM in Taxation, a post graduate law degree, at Villanova Law School and concentrates her practice on federal estate taxes, state inheritance tax, drafting wills and trusts, estate planning for individuals and for small business owners, taxation of estates and of trusts, post death estate planning, and estate administration and probate.

In 1993 Mr. Moriel founded the Law Offices of David D. Moriel, APC with the vision of providing high quality representation combined with state of the art technology to achieve client objectives.. Mr. Moriel’s practice focuses on trust and probate estate litigation where heirs or other interested parties challenge the validity of a trust or will, prosecution of  claims to estate assets, and creditor’s claims against a decedent’s estate for unpaid debts or liabilities.. Mr. Moriel lived in both Spain and Italy where he cultivated relationships that led to his representation of clients with cross national issues between California and Latin America and European jurisdictions.Mr. Moriel has presided as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court.. My passion is getting to know my clients and helping them achieve their estate planning goals. I understand this can be a difficult "road" to travel, but in the end I always find that it gives families peace of mind knowing that their affairs are in order. When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, brainstorming with my son about book ideas (we love to write books), going to the beach, or just reading a book on my patio.

Seth Levy received his license to practice law in 1984 from West Virginia, in 1985 from New Jersey, and in 1989 from New York.  During this time and for the next 12 years, he consulted on legal matters concerning the environment, energy, and public utility industries in the New York Metropolitan area.. In 1998, Seth settled in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Heidi, and their two children. Over the next 17 years, Heidi and Seth owned and managed two service-oriented companies, Maxcare Floor Care and Solar Energy Solutions of the Lowcountry.  When Heidi passed away in late 2015, Seth sold the businesses and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May of 2017.Due to his experiences, Seth is focusing his practice on assisting individuals and families with estate planning, estate and trust administration, Medicaid/long term health care planning,  guardianships, conservatorships, and asset protection and preservation strategies.. As a single father, Seth devotes the majority of his time and energy to providing for his two children and establishing his law practice, all acts done in the loving memory of his wife.  In his spare time, Seth likes to get out with friends on the Foothills Trail or the Appalachian Trail for hiking and camping weekends.  He also attends religious services, plays basketball, does yoga, and occasionally volunteers for cleanup outings with Charleston Waterkeeper.

Welcome to my profile. I have a strong interest in Estate Planning, Probate, Wills and other Life Planning issues. I take pride in being able to handle this complex area of Federal, State & Local laws and regulations on behalf of clients in need of such sevices.

I have been an attorney for 25 years representing clients in matters concerning Probate, Auto Accidents, Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Landlord Evictions.  Most of my clients hail from Windham County, but I represent clients from all over Connecticut.. In 2020, I moved my office from Danielson to Woodstock.

Born in Minnesota.  Came to Colorado to attend undergraduate and law school at the University of Colorado, Boulder.  I wouldn't be anywhere else.  I have practiced law with the same law firm since 1977 in Longmont.  I would be privileged to be of service to you.

Charlotte Key found her love of the law at the age of twelve years old.  After participating in a mock trial in her 6th grade English class, there was no doubt about what she wanted to do when she grew up.  In building her practice she has focused on representing individuals, families and small business in creating and protecting legacies.  Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, guardianship and business planning.  Charlotte enjoys helping her clients find solutions to their legal issues.. When Charlotte is not practicing law she loves cheering on her Texas Longhorns and her 49ers, reading, singing in the church choir or playing piano.  She also loves spending time with her husband, her two children, and her furbaby.
