Mike was originally born and raised in Bemidji, however, he and his family moved to Oklahoma in 1981. Mike graduated from Northeastern State University (Tahlequah, Oklahoma) in 1993, after serving four years in the United States Navy. In 1998, Mike graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law (Tulsa, Oklahoma).Upon graduation from Law School, Mike moved back to the Bemidji area in 1998. Mike has served as a prosecutor for Beltrami County as well as previously serving as the Legal Director for the Leech Lake Bank of Ojibwe. Mike has been an adjunct professor for the Law Enforcement Program at the Leech Lake Tribal College for over 10 years. Mike is a well seasoned trial lawyer and experienced negotiator. I have dedicated the past twenty-five years helping those who are injured at work; in car, bicycle, and motorcycle accidents; from animal attacks; and when a someone is injured on at the premises of another or business. Thaddeus received his law degree from Seattle University School of Law, and subsequently obtained his license to practice in the State of Washington in 2002. He exclusively represents injured workers in all phases of litigation including cases before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, the Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals, the Washington Superior Court and Court of Appeals. Thaddeus is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice and has been a pro bono volunteer for the Housing Justice Project.

Ilene Feldmeier’s practice primarily focuses on representing employers and insurance clients in workers’ compensation claims in Arizona, Colorado, and Idaho. Ilene is a St. Louis native and she graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management in 2002.  Following, this Ilene worked in restaurant management for 3 years and gained valuable experience with customer service, personnel management and other various employment issues that helps her comprehend and relate to the concerns of her clients.  Ilene graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in December 2007 and passed the Colorado Bar in February 2008.  In her spare time, Ilene enjoys spending time with her children, running, and volunteering.  Ilene has completed several half marathons and full marathons, including the Leadville Heavy Half Marathon and Disney’s 48.6 mile Dopey Challenge, and regularly volunteers for various organizations throughout the community.

She spent two years with the Executive Office of Immigration Review as an Attorney Advisor, where she gained extensive experience with immigration, criminal, and procedural matters before a federal administrative body.. Since joining Pollart Miller, Ms. Grimes has focused her practice on civil litigation, employment law, and workers’ compensation defense. She represents insureds, employers, and insurance carriers before state courts and administrative agencies, both at the trial court and appellate levels. Ms. Grimes has represented clients in all phases of litigation and mediation through appeal; she has argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals and has briefed cases to the Colorado Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

Ms. Condon joined Pollart Miller LLC in 2014. She represents employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in defending claims from the initial litigation stages of discovery and depositions, through hearing and settlement, when appropriate.. After graduating from law school in 2008, Ms. Condon worked for the New York firm Stewart, Greenblatt, Manning and Baez until joining the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County New York in 2009.. Her practice included extensive motion and jury trial experience. She obtained successful outcomes through a combination of zealous advocacy and when appropriate, effective plea bargaining.. Mr. Reutlinger commissioned in the United States Navy as a Judge Advocate in October 2005.  He served eight years on active duty litigating courts-martial at trial and appeal, administrative separation boards, Boards of Inquiry, and military disability cases before the Physical Evaluation Board.  He continues to serve in the Navy JAG Corps Reserves.. Unlike most former Judge Advocates Mr. Reutlinger has not only tried cases for service members and the Government, but he has also been in-house counsel to the Navy's Physical Evaluation Board and Discharge Review Board.  Therefore, he possesses a unique insight into the Boards' decision making process..
