Erroll J. Haythorn attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminology. Erroll continued his academic studies at the Claude W. Mr. Rinaldo attending Seton Hall University School of Law and received his LLB/JD in May of 1958. He served a clerkship in the Dept. of Law, Public and Safety under David D. Furman, Attorney General. I am a married father of 2 young children and love to be active outside the office.  I belong to a Crossfit Gym(Box), enjoy endruance sports and proudly beat Amani Toomer's time in the 2010 NYC Marathon!  I am also a big golfer and play in recreational sports leagues when the opportunity arises.  I enjoy competition and understand how important it is to be able to stay active without chronic pain.  This helps me relate to my clients who are often no longer so fortunate.

When I'm not practicing law, I run, swim, hike, and garden. I also have written a science fiction novel. I'm conducting research so that I can complete volume 2 and 3 of the trilogy.. Recently, I had the good fortune to meet students from NJIT who helped me produce a film titled, "Trouble in Paradise." It's a documentary about a Class Action that I filed in the Federal District Court of New Jersey against Draeger Safety Diagnostic, the manufacturer of the breath tester used to prosecute suspected drunk drivers in New Jersey.
