Brian Clare is a lifelong Louisvillian. He graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1979 and from Bellarmine College in 1983. Following two years of work for a national steel company, Brian embarked upon his legal career. He graduated from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 1988. Including his time as a clerk he has spent over 25 years building a practice with the same group of talented lawyers.   Brian is a founding member and on the Board of Directors for the Links Foundation. Participants in the foundation get together one weekend each summer and play two rounds of golf. All of the proceeds go to a different local charity, such as Maryhurst, Habitat for Humanity, St. Anthony’s Outreach or Pitt Academy, each year.

Lindsey Goetz is a native of Belleville, Illinois. She attended the University of Missouri, graduating in 2010 with Bachelor degrees in History and International Studies. During her time at Mizzou, she spent a year living with a family in Rome, Italy where she studied Italian history and language.. After graduation, Lindsey worked in health care for a year before attending Saint Louis University School of Law. Her experience prompted her to focus on health law and simultaneously pursue a Master's in Public Health. She completed both degrees in 2015.. As a law student, she spent her 1L summer working with the pro se clerks at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. During her final year, she gained valuable litigation experience clerking for a well-known and respected plaintiff's firm in St. Louis, Missouri. She assisted with cases in the areas of class action, personal injury, and medical device liability. After law school, she worked for a year at large defense firm focusing on employment and medical malpractice defense litigation.. Lindsey focuses her practice on complex litigation including medical malpractice and products liability cases for the Dixie Law Group, PSC and Ellis Law Group, PLLC. Lindsey is passionate about her clients and fights hard to recover what they deserve.

Attorney Kelly Todd joined Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd & Conway, PSC as a legal assistant in 2014. Since that time, Attorney Todd worked on several medical malpractice and personal injury claims, and was promoted to an attorney position in 2016. Attorney Todd practiced law in Michigan at Strategic Legal Solutions and Immigration Law, PLLC, giving her a broad range of legal experience that she now uses to build comprehensive cases strategies for our Kentucky clients.
