During his legal career he has served as solicitor for the Carbon County Sheriff (1996 – present), solicitor for the Carbon County Area Agency on Aging (2004 – present), Carbon County Board of Viewers (1999 – present), the conflict solicitor for the Carbon County Tax Assessment Office (2004 – 2014), the solicitor for the Mahoning Valley Country Club (2002 -2005), Special Counsel to the Carbon County Commissioners (1996), and a conflicts counsel for Carbon County (1993 – 2004).. In addition to these legal services, Attorney Strubinger was the Carbon County Bar Association’s Chancellor (2016-2017) and also sat on its Board of Directors (2012 – 2017). He has previously served as the Associations’ Secretary (1993 – 2007). I was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2009, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 2011, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 2012.  Between 2009 and 2010, I completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Emil Giordano of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.  I am an active member of the Carbon, Lehigh and Northampton County Bar Associations, where I have moderated a continuing legal education seminar on domestic violence.  I am an active member of the Lehigh Valley Women Lawyers Group, Carbon County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association..
