In the area of family law, I have have experience representing clients in divorce, custody, child and spousal support matters, domestic violence matters, guardianships, and power of attorney abuses.  I have obtained favorable outcomes in Carbon, Lehigh, and Northampton counties, including obtaining 3rd party primary and legal custody for relatives, and maintaining primary physical custody and obtaining joint physical custody for fathers and mothers.  I am experienced in the differing custody and support procedures of Carbon, Northampton, and Lehigh counties and have appeared before the Court at all stages of litigation including conferences, master’s hearings, and trials.  As a mother of a young daughter, I am intimately familiar with the struggles of raising children and can relate to the sometimes overlooked issues concerning infant welfare and structured schedules.  Whatever your concern may be, my passion for families and children will provide you with zealous thoughtful, and informed representation personalized for your desired outcome.. In the area of workers’ compensation, I have experience representing claimants throughout various stages of workers compensation litigation from the initial claim petition, to hearings, penalty petitions, and compromise and release hearings.  I have successfully argued complex workers’ compensation matters before both Workers’ Compensation Judges and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board.  Whether your profession involves demanding physical labor, complex work environments, or a stressful office atmosphere, I will guide you through the process and ensure your rights are properly protected to obtain the desired outcome specific to your situation.. My experience in personal injury and general civil litigation matters includes representing victims of automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, medical malpractice, consumer protection law, common law fraud, and contract dispute matters.  I have also negotiated favorable settlements for clients in the areas of land use/zoning law and real estate tax appeals.. I was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2009, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 2011, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 2012.  Between 2009 and 2010, I completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Emil Giordano of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.  I am an active member of the Carbon, Lehigh and Northampton County Bar Associations, where I have moderated a continuing legal education seminar on domestic violence.  I am an active member of the Lehigh Valley Women Lawyers Group, Carbon County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.. I am a lifelong Lehigh Valley resident.  I am currently a member of the Northampton County League of Women Voters (member of the Board 2013-2015), American Association of Universty Women (AAUW - Easton 2011-present), and the First Presbyterian Church of Easton (finance committee member since 2014, Choir Member since 2010). I enjoy singing and playing music on the French horn and piano in my spare time.
