Edward E. “Ted” Roberts was born in Baton Rouge, LA and raised in Alexandria, LA. He attended Louisiana State University for his undergraduate work, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Ted decided to pursue a career as an attorney after he was inspired by his father, who is also a lawyer and judge. Before law school, Ted worked at Pinecrest State School for special needs children and adults, and while in law school he worked at several law firms and regularly did pro bono work. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1998. After law school, Ted worked as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Allen Krake in the 35th Judicial District Court.. Ted began his practice with Neblett, Beard & Arsenault in 1999. Ted’s primary areas of practice at the firm are Worker's Compensation and personal injury. Ted is passionate about his work, and when asked why he chose Worker’s Compensation, Ted said, “I love taking the burden of dealing with insurance companies away from injured workers.”. Ted is married to Kimberly Martinez Roberts and they have two sons, Edward E. Roberts, IV and David Emile Roberts. The family enjoys travelling together, and Ted plays golf and hunts in his spare time. He also loves to watch his children play sports.

Mr. Wilson graduated from The University of Montana School of Law with high honors in 2005. Mr. Wilson served as a law clerk for Justice John Warner of the Montana Supreme Court before joining Brown Law Firm in September 2006. Mr. Wilson’s principal areas of practice are insurance coverage and civil defense litigation. Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Montana and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association, the Yellowstone Area Bar Association, and has been selected by his peers as a Mountain States Rising Star for the years 2016 – 2019 in the area of insurance coverage.
